Treat Yo'Self Truffles for Galentine's Day

So grateful to host our first annual Galentine’s Day with Olivia LaBarre, a light-hearted celebration of sisterhood and self-care with Reiki, sound healing, sparkly earseeds, goddess cards, and Treat Yo’Self Truffles.

To treat yourself to decadent-yet-healthy truffles, bring 3/4 cup of coconut creat to a near-boil and add 10 ounces of finely chopped dark chocolate; remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon almond extract, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, and 1 tablespoon rosewater. Refrigerate for about an hour, then form into small balls and roll in cacao nibs, crushed freeze-dried raspberries, or other toppings of your choice. Then savor the sweet joy produced from dark chocolate’s anandamide (aka “the bliss molecule”)!
